How to prepare
IndiGo’s selection is A320-centric from the first stage, so the A320 bank end to end is the preparation — systems, ECAM logic, FCOM limitations — with the ATPL banks for the psychometric and technical tests. The process runs online application, psychometric and technical tests, interview, simulator and medical; JFO candidates should know the A320 type-rating cost-sharing terms before accepting.
Then read the complete airline pilot interview guide for the HR and competency stages, and check IndiGo’s entry on the jobs board for the latest status.
What we could not confirm
- Researched on 21 September 2026 from search-engine results of the airline’s own careers pages, job postings and industry job boards — not from a direct read of the portal. Confirm the vacancy is still open before you apply.
- Type-rating cost sharing on the JFO route
- Whether any expatriate Captain stream is open
