Flight Deck and Procedures
The sources record no change to the flight deck layout, the sidesticks or the ECAM alerting philosophy for the neo. The documented differences concentrate where the engine meets the pilot (indications, start and thrust ratings), in the flap settings that came with the high-lift change, and in a few procedures and limitations. This module sets out what the FSB, the EASA TCDS and its annexes say, and marks which figures in the v1prep A320 question bank are ceo values that must not be carried across.
Warning: The A320 bank is drawn from a ceo FCOM, mostly for the CFM56-5B. Its engine construction, start, limit and indication items, the 34.10 m wingspan, the single weight set and the "two engine options" items describe the ceo. The neo special conditions restate the flight control protections; the other items are not confirmed for the neo by these sources, so check them against your neo FCOM.

What the regulators ask for
The FSB requires differences training between the A318, A319, A320 and A321, and for different engine makes and models. Even between ceo variants it rates the engine controls and indicating, the engine start SOP and the take-off thrust setting indications at Level B training with Level A checking (levels explained in module 1). For the neo engines the Rev 7 draft publishes no table and no sources here give a ceo-to-neo level (module 1), so the level and the detailed items come from your operator's approved course. The FSB sets no extra currency requirement for any family member: currency in one satisfies the others.
